Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time refers to the period needed to prepare your order before it ships. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday afternoon, it may be prepared on Thursday and scheduled for carrier pickup on Friday. Orders placed on Fridays may not be prepared until Monday, with pickup scheduled for Tuesday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that carrier pickups (USPS, FedEx, UPS) are scheduled in advance. On rare occasions, if a carrier does not complete a scheduled pickup, shipment may be delayed until the next available pickup day.
Shipping Options & Costs
We currently offer shipping through USPS, FedEx, and UPS. USPS is most commonly used as it is generally the most cost-effective option, but you may choose your preferred carrier at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. At this time, we do not offer free shipping thresholds.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Below are the typical delivery windows:
USPS First Class Mail: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
FedEx / UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
Please note that these timeframes are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other shipping carriers. This includes weather, operational slowdowns, or missed pickups. If a scheduled pickup is missed, we will make every effort to reschedule as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
That said, we want you to receive your order. While we cannot replace items lost or stolen after delivery, we will do our best to support you in resolving shipping issues. This includes providing tracking details, helping with claim submissions, and offering guidance on next steps with the carrier.
International Orders
International shipping times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
